Added support for advanced TIFF compression + platform updates.
Enhancements
- Adjusted menu's so they don't scroll on Windows Mobile 6.5 and 6.5.3 which don't have OEM small menu's.
- Restored menubar on attributes form for Windows Mobile 6.5 and later.
- Added support for advanced TIFF compression.
