Various improvements and fixes.

Enhancements

• The lookup table popup dialog, from the attributes form, now searches on any part of values rather than just the start of the value.
• You can now search multi select items in the lookup table popup dialog.
• Better handling of photo thumbnails in the attributes form.
• You can now move between sections in the attributes form by sliding the pages left or right. The back button no longer appears on handheld portrait screens so the buttons don’t change position.

Fixes

• Fixed bug in Template Attributes page which prevented Section Headers appearing in the attributes list.
